Mist Spraying Machine for fire application
The Mist spraying unit is unique in fire fighting application since it uses one ninth of water required in
a regular fire pump for drowsing the same intensity of fire. It creates a mist around the fire and cuts off
the oxygen supply to the fire. It is also extremely same to use on any conditions since it does not
drown everything with water.
The existing unit gave a feeling of a crude contraption with all motor and pump exposed. Also it was
very cumbersome in handling. We styled the product keeping intact the mechanisms and the machine
parts of the existing unit and made it a compact product which can be easily pulled and pushed.
Criticality of application was also kept in mind while designing.

FRP panels makes it light weight and easy to assemble.
A protective Stainless steel pipe frame was added.
The exterior FRP panels also protects the engine and the pump.
Can be handled easily from the front as well as the rear.
